When it comes to the Trike models, other mufflers tend to stick too far beyond the body and can easily drag, with ours – we built them specifically for the Harleys BIG Trike.
Mufflers use 3.75” body and capped off with machined 3” radial slash cut Aluminum tips that step up to the bodies via a mild yet graceful bevel.
This configuration allows the Cobra tips to have the ground clearance equal to or in sometimes greater than the stock system.
The internal construction of the body consists of a 2.25” perforated constant velocity core, wrapped in woven fiberglass that is protected by a fiberglass wrap.
