Returns

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

You can either use the form below to initiate the return process digitally or contact us via phone or email to see if your product is eligible and obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
